Scripture and a Snapshot -- The Light Will Shine

The people who walk in darkness
Will see a great light;
Those who live in a dark land,
The light will shine on them.
Isaiah 9:2 nasb

I took the image above on a recent nature walk in Georgia.  When I look at it, I see the darkness of the forest, and the deep black of the trees, which seem to be dead, or asleep.  And the sun is shining its warm glow, piercing through the gloom of winter and bringing hope to the one in the midst of this empty, dark forest.  Praise Him for His light!

    Hi Christine, you are right. We have tea talk with Ruth on Thursdays :) We must have similar interests in blogging, although I don't really have any photography skill. I do just love and appreciate beautiful images, work of artists like you. You captured one of my most favorite nature moments - sunlight shining through branches. Love it and the verse you chose is as lovely!
