Theme ~ Water
Chosen by Tom.
I used this image below to create my header. I took it at The Morton Arboretum, and it's the drain area of Lake Marmo. I liked the curve of the drain contrasted with the straight logs resting on the edge, plus the reflections of the clouds and trees in the water. There's lots to explore in this photo!
Here are my most recent photos of water.

Very nicely done Christine, a great use of the water available to you.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tom!
DeleteLovely waters Christine, Lake neat, and drain away but my fav is the photo of Waubonsie Lake park
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mac! It sure is a pretty park for picture-taking.
DeleteYou have some beautiful waterways in yoru area. That drain looks like it will need a cleaning every once and awhile!
ReplyDeleteI sure do, Lew. That drain does get jammed with debris, and I'm sure it does have to be cleaned out every now and then!
DeleteI like the curves of your water feature in the header. With all the water we have in the Northwest, my best water pictures seem to come from the Desert Southwest.
ReplyDeleteKathy, you had some beautiful water photos on your blog, especially the trio of birds with the reflections. Truly wonderful!
