Theme ~ Something Red

Chosen by Mac.

Thank you, Mac, for choosing a bright theme in the middle of our dreary winter!  Here is my header, which I originally cropped this way (in the header, it's cropped a bit more):

 Trio of red spring flowers.

Here are the rest of my red images to brighten your day!

Street sign at my alma mater.

Punch at a barn wedding.

Baby rhubarb in early spring.

More spring flowers.

Now, on to summer...

Dessert at Treats 'n 'Tiques -- the cherry on the top of summer!

Fireworks on the lake.

Tomatoes, peppers, and basil.

Treasuring life's moments,
Christine

  1. My favorite shot is the punch. That looks so appealing. Was it as delicious as it looks?

  3. Nice combination of beautiful and tasty red! But I will wait for a warmer day for the punch and the ice cream.

  4. My tulip shoots are coming up. A while before we have blooms, even in this mild winter. I know--you have winter, but it has decided to bypass us this year. Alas, no snowshoeing. But worse, our summer irrigation depends on the snowpack and it is terribly low. Maybe we will have winter in the springtime--which would have its own problems.

  5. Fun capture for certain Christine. I await the flowers under all this snow.
